Our position
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking and forced labour, in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain is primarily digital services — hosting, software, payments. We assess all suppliers for ethical practice before engagement and review annually.
Due diligence
We complete right-to-work checks, verify identities and ensure contractors are paid fairly and on time. Any concern can be reported confidentially to safeguarding@trmn.co.uk.
Training
All staff and contractors are made aware of the signs of modern slavery and how to report concerns through the Modern Slavery Helpline 08000 121 700.
